Location
This hotel is well-situated in the heart of Riga, opposite the National Opera house and close to the Freedom Monument. Public transport links are plentiful and the Airport is a 20 mins drive.
Rooms
Rooms are of medium size and are kept in good condition. Bathrooms are also in good condition. Design style is perhaps what one would expect of a large, state-owned soviet bloc hotel, with plain colours and simple decor.
Restaurant
The restaurant can be found on the ground floor and is a large, elegant room with light marble pillars and grand style chandeliers. The furniture is dark pine and the walls are deep red.
General
This is a hotel with a perfect location in the heart of Riga. Although not the most luxurious hotel, everything is kept in good condition making this a good first class product.
