The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, a kilometre north of the town centre. It is located on the main road, SS51, that heads towards Dobbiaco, and is surrounded by a beautiful park. A pleasant leisure walk along the wonderfully illuminated walkway directly behind the park can bring you to the centre of town or into the middle of the woods within minutes.

The well-defined characteristics of the hotel is its look of originality and decor, work tools of the past, antique furniture and religious wooden statues, and remnants of an extinct artisan activity of past generations. Menardi consists of the older main house and just behind, next to the hotel park-grounds, a new dependence, with a combined total of 51 guestrooms available.
